Building Robot Cars Through Our Creativity and Programming Skills

Cheryl Tan Wei Ying and Emily Phang Shi Hui who recently graduated in May from the Diploma in Financial Business Informatics led their teams in building their Robotic Cars by applying their programming skills and using the Aruduino electronics prototyping platform. This initiative by IDA to expose students to technologies and building Singapore towards a Smart Nation has inculcated within the students a culture of creating and building.

As leaders of their teams, Cheryl Tan and Emily Phang represented their teammates in presenting their Robotic Cars to foreign delegates at the 10th Annual Ministerial Forum on ICT Welcome Dinner organised by the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) on 16th June 2014.
